For this year’s 2025 Trigg County Country Ham Festival we are bringing back the much-requested Canoe Race!

The canoe race will take place Saturday October 11th at 11am.

If anyone is interested in paddling for the title, please Complete and fill out an application and waiver form. The forms can be picked up at Cadiz City Hall or at the Cadiz Police Department.

The sign-up sheets and waiver forms must be completed and submitted with your entry fee no later than Friday, October 3rd, 2025. The forms and entry fee must be submitted to Chief Tyler Thomas or Cadiz City Hall by 4:00pm. We only have slots for 20 teams so please come in and sign up ASAP!

Winning prizes include the following:

1st Place Team – $250.00, Champion Trophy and Ham Fest Swag

2nd Place Team – $125.00, Second Place Trophy, Ham Fest Swag

3rd Place Team – $75.00, Third Place Trophy, Ham Fest Swag.
